This is a quick guide how to build monitoring-plugins (formerly known as nagios-plugins) on CentOS 6.5 (64-bit) for Naemon

    There is a smarter way to do the lmutil stuff. If you create symlinks to lmutil called lmstat et. al (there are others, but I’m forgetting what they are — lmreread maybe? etc.), when called, lmutil will act as whatever the symlink name is. So you don’t need to maintain separate batch files, etc., just wind up with lmstat -> lmutil, lmreread -> lmutil, etc.
